Return/Refund Policy
These are the return policy governing the use of this website, please read carefully before placing an order.
At Newbabywish.com, customer’s satisfaction is always our top priority.
Our professional-quality control and assurance service always check your items before the shipment. However, you may carefully and accurately check your basic information before placing order.
Order Confirm
1. All orders are subject to final approval and acceptance by Newbabywish.
2. A confirmation email will be sent once you’ve completed your order. Remember, you can’t cancel or modify your order if it has shipped.
Returns & Refunds
We’re bummed if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition. No Returns are accepted after 30 days of the Confirmed delivery date.
Refunds are not available for the following circumstances.
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e., providing the wrong shipping address at checkout).
2. A deliver email will be sent after the parcel delivered. If you didn’t receive the package, please contact us within ten days. Newbabywish is not responsible for missing item(s) after 10 days of the delivery
3. Refunds or cancellation are not accepted after the parcel has processed or in transit.
4. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with our return policy.
Return Process
1. Please contact Customer Service, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing and unused condition.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
4. Most returns are processed within five business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue a refund to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email or a confirmation message.
Return Conditions
1.We only accept the return and refund within 30 days of deliver.
2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
4. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us.
How to exchange the order?
Please contact us to get the return address. After we get the return, we will exchange one for you.
Shipping charge
Under normal situations, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
If a return is requested due to receipt of a damaged or incorrect product, the website shall cover the return shipping cost and provide a return label.
Return Address
If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please contact our customer service representative, we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our returns address and will affect the processing of your return.
